5 Nights at the Westbury Hotel, Dublin
The end client, a Midwest US based medical staffing firm, had previously only travelled to all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. The trip took place February 19-23, 2020 and 111 attendees travelled. The group was primarily ages 28-35 and most were couples. Seventy-five percent of the group had never before travelled to Europe and 90% had never been to Ireland.

An International Pharmaceutical Company contracted BEM Ireland to design and implement a 5-star incentive programme for 220 executives and top sales performers from US, Canada and Brazil. The programme was named The Summit. This programme highlights our ability to deliver a creative and complex adventure-based programmes which included numerous tour excursions each day.
Social Events included: Welcome Barbeque with Entertainment, Irish Themed Night in The Europe Hotel Killarney with Electric Céilí, Pub Crawl and quiz, Executive Dinners, Dine Around, Awards Ceremony at The Four Seasons featuring Anuna and Trad on The Prom, Farewell Night in The Guinness Storehouse featuring Rattle and Hum.
Day Tours Included: 6 am Sunrise Hikes (separate Easy and moderate levels), Dingle Peninsula Tour, Spa Packages, Golfing, fishing, Spa Day at the K Club including a hawk walk and Art Tour, Jaunting Car, Hiking & Biking through the Gap of Dunloe, Kilkenney Tour, Newgrange, Caste Tours, Whiskey Trail with tasting and more.
Over 43 options were offered through an online registration system and digital platform to promote the Summit club experience. BEM Ireland were Responsible for design, registration, implementation and logistics of all activities and tours including budget generation and full end-to-end on-site management.

4 nights in Killarney and 3 nights in Dublin

BEM provides a full association management services to the IGTOA including membership subscription management, administration and communications, financial management and all conference and event planning. he IGTOA National Golf Tourism Conference is the highlight of the golf tourism calendar in Ireland. BEM Ireland have managed this event annually since 2015. The two-day event includes:

IATA’s annual World Passenger Symposium is a chance for senior aviation figures to get together and formalise industry positions and public policy issues. More than 700 representatives from The International Air Transport Association (IATA) member airlines, industry partners, manufacturers, suppliers, international and regional associations, and members of the government attended the 5 day event at The CCD.
BEM Ireland was the designated destination management company for the USA based organising team. BEM Ireland managed all staffing and logistics of the Conference at The Convention Centre Dublin, The Welcome Night at The Guinness Storehouse, and the design and management of the IATA Gala Dinner for over 450 VIPs and delegates at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.

In January 2019 BEM were contacted by the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biologies, as their local professional conference organiser ( PCO ) to organise an association conference in Dublin for June 2019. Trinity College Dublin was sourced as the venue and BEM Ireland were contracted to manage all arrangements for accommodation, conference meeting rooms, posterboards, local support and registration staff, all food and beverage and off site events.

The Services provided included Airport Meet and Greet, On Site Staffing, Transportation Logistics for Multiple European Destination Arrivals and Departures, Food and Beverage, Marquee Sourcing and Equipment Hire.
The highlight of the programme was an onsite factory tour where the skills and capability of the world class manufacturing facility were showcased to the delegates. This was followed with a dinner onsite at the plant in a marquee which was erected internally on the factory floor. A memorable experience was created to showcase the brand and build client loyalty.
